This has to be one of the easiest and most rewarding Perennials available producing masses of narrow, pink sepals that fade to white towards their tips and are sometimes flushed with green. One of the most popular forms, it is highly prized for its bright, cheerful flowers and graceful, upright habit. Provide it with a humus rich, slightly acidic soil and you will be rewarded with an abundance of blooms in late spring and early summer. Excellent as a cut flower.
