A stunning annual known as “Poor Man’s Orchid” due to its amazing displays of colour. The plants are compact and branching reaching 30-45cm and will produce a blanket of colour in pink, lavender, rose red and two-tones. Prefers cool summer conditions or light shade.
Makes an excellent house - conservatory plant can be grown on a sunny windowsill

Sowing advice:sow seed covering them thinly with fine seed compost, preferably in spring but can be at any time, in good light
Sow: Feb to July, germinates in 1 - 3 weeks at 15 - 20°C
Will not stand frost, feed every week with a good plant food.
Prick out in to plugs or small pots as soon as the seedling are large enough to handle

Always use a good quality seed compost
